Music licensing in Czechia

Do I need an additional licence?

Local licensing organisations

  • OSA — compositions, and the single contact point that also collects for Intergram (performers and producers)

One licence contract with OSA covers shops, restaurants and bars, hotels, fitness and offices. Cinemas, theatres and spas deal with Intergram directly.

What SoundMachine covers

SoundMachine provides licensed music for business use, but in Czechia it does not replace a local public-performance licence. Read SoundMachine's licensing information.

No music service's licence covers DJs, live bands, karaoke or music from other sources such as radio, TV or CDs.
