Music licensing in Slovakia
Do I need an additional licence?
Local licensing organisations
- SOZA — compositions; one joint licence also covers SLOVGRAM (performers and producers)
- SLOVGRAM — sound recordings (performers and producers)
For music played through devices in business premises, a joint licence is available: contacting any one of the organisations is enough.
What SoundMachine covers
SoundMachine provides licensed music for business use, but in Slovakia it does not replace a local public-performance licence. Read SoundMachine's licensing information.
No music service's licence covers DJs, live bands, karaoke or music from other sources such as radio, TV or CDs.
